Without wishing to be too heartless, I might point out the obvious. You are from Yorkshire, and thus are about as qualified to comprehend the subtle nuances of football as a pit pony is to grasp dressage.
I thought this post might somehow find itself being unearthed following the crashing of a certain amount of bottle in Leith last night.
Mind you, that said, it was all a complete travesty and down to those dastardly fenian masons for disallowing a goal just because the whole of the ball didn't cross the line. Disgraceful, and just the sort of underhanded shoddy shenanigans that is always brought to bear when the teddy bears are up against it.
Anybody fixed the date for the Ibrox Fire Sale yet?
Mon the Sheep!!
I'm not going to say a word about bottle and Leith as I've learnt my lesson well about counting my chickens. Let's just say I'm about 5 years older having just watched that game and finding out I have a ticket for Tannadice. I'm not going to be able to sleep until Monday.
I do also have a ticket for the cup final. That might just turn out to be a fun day out after all rather than the wooden spoon celebration it was turning out to be.
Oh to be a follower of the old firm.
"I hope Celtic realise that, if their team is good enough, they will win. If they're not good enough, they'll not win - and they can't look at anybody else, whether it is referees or any other influence." - Walter Smith

Beginning to get the nerves now. God roll on Sunday.
