Move around Tony, Switzerland has some great places.

I thoroughly recommend Lucerne, and in particular a place called The Hotel. It's a small boutique hotel but fabulous service, great food (japanese / french fusion) and a lovely wee town if you're into that sort of thing

Yeah, Luzern is not too bad. The convert hall is impressive and a boat trip around the 4 Seas is pretty good (they point out Michaels Dells house which is only made of concrete and glass.) Some not too bad boozers there having got absolutely twatted there with some mad Swiss guys.

I have a planning meeting on Saturday evening for a trip to NY in June. So it will be Bagels, pretzles , hot dogs and JD. Plus I will make chocolate cocktails for the girlies.

I liked Interlakken - it was so pretty and walks around the lake were gorgeous. We actually stayed in Lauebrunnen(sp?) and travelled round from there. I loved that waterfall thing... trumellbach (sp?)

I don't know what your "Festive Board" is like but ours get pretty boisterous!

I attended an installation in Belfast (Where I am considering affiliation) in January and a fantastic night was had by all. Not quite as crazy as they used to get in Glasgow but we were pretty mental (getting home at 7am etc etc)

It's sunny and Friday and for this rodent at least, a large vodka and tonic awaits in the pendelino from Euston back to civilisation.

A busy weekend awaits - what is everyone else doing?

I'm lucky if I get doors and windows on my train, and other's have vodka and tonics! How the other half live.

I'm gonna be cycling around Munchen via the food and flea markets this weekend on my not so shiny or new 2nd hand bike
