Er Doggy turds had a go at me for mentioning this before, but sadly this stuff isn't new. The Police obscured and removed their numbers during the Miners strike and used illegal and violent tactics against the women peace protesters at Greenham Common. The Women used to cut their hair short not, as it's popular to joke, because they were butch Lesbians, but because it meant the cops couldn't drag them around by their hair.

Of course, it wasn't the govenment's fault then because it was that glorious advocate of freedom and free speech*, Mrs Thatcher.

*Provided you said something she agreed with.

Because the Police still grabbed it and dragged them along if they did that.

He described his horror as he and his 15-year-old son were forced to delete all transport-related pictures on their cameras, including images of Vauxhall underground station.
horror!? WTF? Plod should of slapped his legs with his batton while he was at it, then he might have had something genuine to write to the paper about.

You'll need to be careful about posting things like that on a public bulletin board.

You run the risk that the police might start to mark you down as a trouble-maker. You wouldn't want to get that sort of a reputation would you?
