There was a debate on the radio a few weeks ago about drivers of black cabs being in uproar at the proposal for a mini-cab rank near Leicester Square.

They want it both ways - a monopoly & the right to pick and choose. Then they want to bend your ear when you use them. I do everything I can to avoid them.
