That's a bloody hell of a lot of money for a shed called 'Bwa Drain' with the following directions;
There are several alternate routes to Bwa Drain and we suggest
the following for the first inspection. From Aberystwyth take
the A44 trunk road inland through Capel Bangor to Goginan
towards Ponterwyd. Turn right (signposted Ystumtuen) a short
distance after the Nant Yr Arian Visitors Centre and lake on the
left hand side and proceed over the common ignoring the first
turning left, take the next turning left over the cattle grid. Proceed
over the field through the gate and Bwa Drain Farm is the first
property that you come to.
I can't pronounce most of that. Try explaining it to a taxi driver when you're bladdered.
That wouldn't even fetch 500k euros in NL and where ever you live you're never more than 1.5 hours from a major city. House prices in Britain have a long way to fall yet.And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014Comment

That's £675k plus a lot of renovation and landscaping by the looks of it.
Nice spot though, apart from it being in Wales and all...Sval-Baard Consulting Ltd - we're not satisfied until you're not satisfied.
