B Expectations
Cheap credit won't be widely available for some time, probably years. Expectations haven't hit their lowest yet. Even if A happens quickly, B will subdue demand anyway. IMHO, The best that can happen to house prices over the next few years is stagnation. Absolutely no point in buying now, unless you have to or there is a once in a lifetime opportunity.Comment
