Wouldn't touch PC World until about a year ago - I needed a new ADSL/router same-day and found PC World were only a bit more than ebuyer. Then I checked www.pcwb.com and found the price was actually less.
You can walk into the branch and pick anything off the shelf, then go to the business section and buy it for less than sticker-price. Bizarre situation, but if they're happy with it, then so am I.
