    HTH
albeit implicitly Yes I see what you've done there!

It may have been in your mind that you were commenting on the corrupt/paid for British Honours system... but unfortunately you made no reference to that notion. You implied a question - How do or can you identify a......?

but I don't think you implied any link to the British Honours system.

Now you have clarified your position I accept that GURU is not an example of the British "Honours" system (NB The use of quotes implies that I agree with you about it being possibly corrupt/paid for).

I would still maintain that my suggestion of Guru (as a suffix) could be used as an answer/example for your original (implied or explicit) question.

There is (as I think you might have realised) a reason for me using Guru as an example - although fairly obvious this reason is only implicit rather than explicit.

So nice to speak to you.

Because they write things that don't actually mean what they want to say? And then attempt to blame others for mis-interpreting what they actually wrote rather than what they meant to write!

Admittedly my post was aimed towards a reasonably sophisticated, non-literal audience. My mistake, I apologise.

Is Drewster about to announce his retirement then re-appear 5 minutes later?

Whose turn is it to fight who tomorrow?

Perhaps I should create a thread in advance?
