      I was in the army in Benbecula in Scotland and we had two foot of snow one night. We had to clear the road between the two main camps, and clear some of the civvie roads, it was part of the deal for us being allowed there.

      Sergeant major - 'Corp, get the blade on the tractor and get that road cleared now'
      Corporal EO - 'Yes sir, where is the blade ?'
      SM - 'In the REME workshop in East Camp'
      Corporal EO 'And where is the tractor and keys'
      SM - 'In the compound in West Camp, er......'
