    The luggage stowing areas, where suitcases, etc. are supposed to go, are now highly coveted and defended "seats" on First Crapital!

      So really, what this country needs is a class action system...that would sort out things like tulipe train services and banks gross penalty fares for going over drawn.

      Likelyhood of anything as common sense as this happening in Blighty? About as likely as train fares decreasing for 2009!
