Should I know go to small claims court and/or issue a ccj?

If so does anyone know how I should initiate these routes of action?

Lovetts will do a free solicitors letter, and then progress onto a CCJ:

        http://www.lovetts.co.uk/accelerate/default.aspx
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

Tried Lovetts, who said pay £200 upfront for services or use their debit managment services who want a chunck of my money.

Any advice on the next step?

I know I can go to the court to issue a ccj. Is this worth doing?
