Will trudge to Heaton Park with daughter and her chum to see the municipal firework display and bonfire lighting.

Its great fun, well organised and free.

        Cant wait
I'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this

I'm going to burn a Catholic. Preferably a Scottish one, but French or Spanish will do.

PS. Not really, MM does not in any way endorse the burning of anybody for their religious beliefs.
PPS the previous PS may have suggested that MM endorses the burning of people. This is not the case. Mostly.

I went there a few years ago and vowed never to again - full of kids in tracsuits and you couldn't get anywhere near the fire.

We'll be getting a few loud fireworks and letting them off in the garden and then watching the football to see if Ronaldo can produce a better dive than Gerrard did last night.
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

                I preferred version 1!

I was watching that in the pub, my mate said near the end "Looks like Liverpool have lost"

me "No there's time for one of their dodgy penalties yet"

turns to the screen and Bob's your uncle Steven's your diver
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

Off to football tonight, hope to see some 'fireworks' on the pitch tonight against the Turks, though on current form it might be a damp squib

Friday, taking mrs swamp to her first ever bonfire night, right out in the country. Lovely small village event where the fireworks are a bit crap but the atmosphere is great
