Around the world trip

How long do you recon you would need to do a decent holiday / trip around the world, 3 months, 6 months ? How much do you thing you would be able to do it for, assuming not crap hotels, and no mega expensive flights ?

6 months is the norm.

I have used STA in the past, they're quite good at planning everything for you. Another company I use is Intrepid. www.intrepid.com

I normally take a contract for 6 months or whatever, and then b*gger orf travelling when its done for a month or so.

I managed to fit in China this year. so you have the choice of short stints, using companies like Intrepid or long term with STA.

Iceland would be well cheap
