    8 hours per night, and about 5 in the day.

      6-7 during the week with a catch up day of 8-9 at the weekend
      ...my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...

        Usually between 6 and 7 hours, though more is always welcome.
