              Yes and Yes.

              Peaked at around $140 a barrel, now hanging around $90 a barrel.

              If only petrol prices matched oil prices. Sadly most of what we pay is tax and duty to New Labour.

                      Those taxes are now necessary to provide Welfare for our Failed Fat Cats - sorry to ensure the hard working families of Britain remain harder working families.
