You can get extra originals, rather than copies. You know, signed and stamped. Like if you lost it you would need a new copy.I am not qualified to give the above advice!

I had a nightmare with them one time (20k+ payment missing) which their front line bods didn't seem to know how to fix.
Eventually (after 2 weeks of phoning every other day) they found the money, put it in my account, phoned me to apologise and gave me the interest the money would have accrued plus 20 quid (when I asked).
