I went for the Luton option about 10 years ago (I have since moved up to Leicestershire) - choice was ether a 1 bed flat in Harpendon or a 3 bed house in Luton - I went with Luton.
Have a look at the Bushmead area of Luton (North)- great local pub (Bird in the Bush) along with good local shops etc. - most who live there are commuters anyway....www.stormtrack.co.uk - My Stormchasing website.Comment

Dont buy in Harpenden. its full of 50 year old middle managers who think they are related to royalty and have had to "downsize" because they are are on their 2nd or 3rd "maniac range-rover driver" wife.Originally posted by wxman View PostI went for the Luton option about 10 years ago (I have since moved up to Leicestershire) - choice was ether a 1 bed flat in Harpendon or a 3 bed house in Luton - I went with Luton.
