What size 'n word' gets a ban?

I've seen small n**** written without a problem, so how big do n**** have to be before they are deemed offensive?

As a large norked lady, I have to say I object to this banning.

Large norks are no more offensive than small norks, and it is completely norkist to even notice the difference in this professional environment.
