There is a blind chap where I live who has a terrific way of dealing with bad parking and obstructing pedestrian crossings and stuff.
He walks into the obstruction and then sets about whacking it and proding it with his large white stick with a ball on the end whilst shouting "what the **** is this in my way". Very amusing.

Get an old car bonnet and stand on the pavement in his way, when he starts whacking it, scream loudly every time he hits it.

Move it about now and then.

Should provide you with hours of amusement

No, but in my book their idiocy warrants my actions.

What do you do if see someone parked on double yellows?

If a 4 x 4, steal their catalytic converter. If an expensive looking car I do all the windows, lights, and put a few scratches and dents in it plus a note saying, you were in the wrong and you know it. If a shoddy looking car then I just call the local council and get it towed away.
