On a more serious note, I was thinking it would be a good idea to create all-comer events at the Olympics, and this to include paraplegics. To be fair, able-bodied athletes could use springs etc too. It might make for advances in self propelled transportation devices, but this wouldn't be appropriate to extend some existing events such as the marathon since everyone would be using recumbent bikes or somesuch instead of running, but for 100 metres, swimming, high jump long jump, etc, it could be quite exciting.
