Milan has got it pretty much summed up there - growing family and permiedom just doesn't cut it.
Wilmy mate, I'm afraid that the only way to get back is to quit and hope - which is what I did. You only start to get bites as your notice period draws to a close i.e. your availability becomes immediate.
That is also the time when brown when stains begin to appear in your underwear, however you just need to hold your nerve and keep a stiff upper lip. And fire your CV everywhere.
Not for the faint hearted (i.e. most permies).Comment
