I use O2 and their support has been free whenever I needed it and also first class. They are less than half the cost of my previous provider, faster, more reliable, and therefore I highly recommend them.

If you've got an O2 phone I'd recommend O2. UK call centres and they're unbundled in a lot of places. Plus you'll get it cheaper than a straight up Be contract if you've got an O2 contract. I pay £7.50 a month for up to 8Gb/s. I can get 650Kb/s download speed out of it. Better than Sky at my last place.

I had the same when I moved my BT Broadband to my new home, turned out that they had to switch something 'on' at the exchange, it took 5 weeks of phone calls and an indian customer support log as long as a toilet roll and serveral calls to India support.

a nightmare.

Also their Up to 2Mb/s (or is it 4Mb/s) premium option only yields 350Kb/s on my inner London exchange, which aint great.
