I bet that you are totally wrong in your estimates, bearing in mind that seven out of ten in our prisons are foreigners and that 50% of crime in London is committed by 20% of the population (non-whites).
This government lost control of immigration, and thus crime, as soon as it came to power in 1997. Unfortunately, I think the immigation side of it was actually planned.

So the vast majority of teen stabbings seem to be black-on-black gang-crime related.
What's that got to do with the point under discussion?
My point is the 50% commited by 20% stat seems to have been invented out of thin air. I'm willing to be proved wrong however. I have no agenda - the data never lies - and it may be that a disproportionate proportion of all crime is committed by non-white people.
