But in student days, coupled with no money you had no responsibilities - rent, enough food for 1, clothes and as much beer as you could afford. Now saddled with a mortgage and commitments I'd say I'm happier with money than without it. If I didn't have money but had the same commitments I'd be soooo much more miserable than I am now.

Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
