Otherwise I would have called you a puff for not liking coasters! What sort of girl goes to Florida and doesnt do rides. Take a good look at the big swing at Old Town Kissimee. Go on a Thursday night when the bikers and hot rodders meet.
Sometimes we can be quite helpful.
This subject has been done before, you might want to search for it. There was a lot of good advice last time.I am not qualified to give the above advice!

Careful if you are buying clothes over there as the sizes are set to local standards.
For example, I am a high street large / designer slightly XL sort of size. Over there I am easily a Medium. XL clothes over there would comfortably fit a cow.

I always fancied taking a holiday on the Keys.
You could stay on one of the Upper Keys and do trips into Miami and the Everglades. Though stay away from Key West unless you bat for the other team.Politicians are wonderfull people, as long as they stay away from things they don't understand, like working for a living!Comment

I like either the Swan or the Floridian. Excellent hotels and very easy to get to everything you want to see within Disney.
Epcot dining is good. There are several different countries, and we arranged to have a dinner in a different country each night for our stay. Schulers steaks are pretty good to, though I prefer Cattleman's Ranch.Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
