Traders predict house prices will fall by 50% in four years
Well, I expect people would take a marginal pay cut if they didn't have to travel into work, especiallys ince oil/transport is getting more expensive by the week. Desk bound workers could be as cheap as Indian workers (and be allowed to keep their own names) if they were allowed to do it from hom.
why would you take a marginal pay cut when you'd be 40% more productive and saving the client on office space. time for a rate rise in my opinion.
