Want to get over fortnightly bin collections? Simply gather all your neighbourhood foxes into your garden and feed them the rubbish.

          Burn them.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think

It's quite easy to go back to the ballot papers & identify those responsible for voting in this pile of tulipe

When I were young and daft, I was on a contract in New York. Around Xmas the bin men went on strike, and people took to wrapping their rubbish in Xmas paper and leaving it in their unlocked cars, in the front doorway, that kinda thing. Worked a treat.

                      We're all contractors FFS.

Simply buy two houses in areas that have alternate fortnightly collections. Spend one week in one, then the following week at the other.

                      Sorted.
