How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

People of that age group are the most likely to be in debt.

Living in a block of flats, If I accidently open someone else's letter I always bin it. After all, I think it's illegal to deliberately open a letter addressed to someone else, and suppose some malicious addressee accused you of opening it deliberately? Just burn it.Comment
