At my last gig I came across by 'chance' two very interesting Excel s/s.

The first listed all contractors and gave them a rating out of 5 and a comment on each, for example 'useless need to get red of' or 'rate to high'.
The second listed all contractors and looked 12months forward and you could see if you were going to be renewed from it.

Yeap can't spell but hasnt stopped me pulling in £650 - £700 aday for the last 5 years

be careful though as files have 'last accessed time' (and maybe last accessed by?)...., unlikely they will notice but best to access the files using a permies login

Last accessed just shows time & date. Only notes your login if you edit the file. Copied it to me memory stick anyway
