I get both ways. Depends on if I concentrate on the back of the hand that is outstretched or the palm of that hand,
back = Clockwise
Palm = Anit-ClockwiseComment

If I stare at the image I can only see it going clockwise but if I see it out the corner of my eye while reading the text it can change direction to anti.
