I am up at 5:45 to get to work, in the office at around 7:30.

6am in an office though is wrong!!

I usually start at 6:30am - is that wrong? It means I can leave at 4pm to see the kids....

No I have respect for people who do that as its business critical but it's not for me. If you are a young single person its decent money but you have to way up the effect it has on your life.
