    GURU is a word in the context of a religious teacher , but not in the sense of someone who is an IT professional.

    Overused in the IT community as a whole , even for someone who has scant and vague knowledge of their subject.

      You might like to look up "irony" and see if you can figure out why we use guru as you state (particularly in SAS's case).

        I wasnt making the point of bad grammer , I was only pointing out that SASGURU who replied to my post detailing all of the bad spelling was also using poor grammar himself , especially as he has admitted this and has made the point about people who cannot master their own language

              Generally, if you are going to point out that someone is using bad grammar, then you make sure that as you do so, the grammar, spelling and punctuation that you use are correct.
