A dictator like Saddam is not what the title said. Who is going to be the person to break it to them that Saddam is no longer, er, available?

Iraq is really three countries. We need to blame the people that created it who didn't really know what they were doing for the current mess.

I believe that the UK were instrumental in forming Iraq at the turn of the 19th century back when we thought we had a right to meddle in the affairs of people who were not our concern.
