On a looks to cost basis the hookers in Brazil work out as the cheapest in the world

Cheapest hookers are probably in Africa.

More accessible would be somewhere like Cambodia (about $2 I think?).

I think with World War 3 coming up people need to be more practical about where they choose a second home or retirement property. I'd recommend Northern British Columbia. Choose somewhere close to water with good fishing and hunting.
