Get a credit card with 2% cashback for fuel (and supermarket) purchases.

So I get 2% off all petrol and I don't pay for it until the next month.

    Works for me

      Darned good plan.

Can anyone suggest any cards that do a 2% cashback, as in you actually get it?

Many do for limited periods and give you charges for the card.

      any reccomendations?

Asda do one, not sure of the return.

Tesco do one, and then cash in the vouchers for Clubcard Deals, so £1 in vouchers = £4 in deals. Bought me a nice watch last year

Barclaycard Platinum with Cashback do 2% on supermarket and fuel, and 0.5% on everything else.

Makes me around £12 a month, but I don't drive much at the mo.

Its always worth shopping round for cheaper fuel

A fuel card can give you the chance to shop around for the best fuel price from your desk, has worked well for us, saving about 5ppl on what we were paying before, and around 10ppl when we fill up on the motorways.
