I had ham salad from tescos.

Forgot to update you, yesterday I got salmon pate and salad from M&S…. today I have the same dilemma… what should I have for lunch…. May be I should just go for a walk, have a big cup of coffee (Americano decaff with lots of cream) this should hold me till dinner? Or should I get a good veg/salad? Only this M&S is just awful, never seen a branch which has such carppy salad options!! OK will look for.

Perhaps you should bring lunch from home. It's only a matter of time before Gordo decides to tax us for buying our business services fuel from another company's premises.

My favourite M&S sandwich is the Wenslydale cheese with sweet onion relish on brown. Or the prawn and mayo.

Take a trip to your local IKEA. (Though I don't have to go that far).

Will start again next week - am seriously going to fast this weekend (agreed to do it with my sister in law) so hope I'll have time to do a week's cooking.
