looks like your doing well. Slow and sure is the way as it stays off longer than fast and dramatic weight loss. When is the big day again cause your aiming for that aren't you ?

It's actually not really got anything to do with the wedding anymore. I mean I use that "Mr Blobby wedding dress" as an image to motivate me when I feel the urge to go off the rails a bit...but in general I'm just absolutely loving how I feel and what I'm doing/eating.

But it's in July.

It's always cold!! It's on the coast!

But yes, most of us wear our coats to the pubs in Sunderland (not in the summer like). There aren't as many pubs, and they aren't as close together (or as packed inside!), and they aren't as likely to get nicked when taken off...which is always the rational for not wearing coats in Newcastle!

The air ambulance in Sunderland needs all the support they can. They do a marvellous service.
