Thing is Lucy, whenever I talk about this sort of stuff it only ever seems to make things worse.
I went to slimming club last year - the leader was also a therapist. She said she wanted to have a go at me as I would be a challenge! I nearly did start a course with her - but I didn't want to depress her.
It would help if I did not have to see the BFH. 12 years 3 months to go...Comment
