Let him try and prove that you were there, don't admit to anything. He could show you an x-ray of a flat foot and in court you can say "Yes I agree that Mr X can prove that his foot has been damaged, but I fail to any proof that it was me that did it."
If the police ask you just say you have no recolection of what you were doing on that day, saying nothing is fine, saying you didn't do it could come back to bite you.Comment
