If you want to sell for £320000 in the current market (or most markets for that matter) then you ask for above that and accept being knocked down to that price. The asking price has dropped quite a bit but the selling price is just what you were after in the first place. If you had ever owned any more real estate than a squirrel cage you'd have worked this out for yourself by now. Only when times are really buoyant in the property market can you reasonably expect to get the asking price.

Ok, so you admit that current times are not "buoyant"?

Jeez you really are an IT nerd, aren't you? The world is not black or white. No one buys or views in December. Too early to tell etc etc etc.
Now shut it and get back to coding.

Of course current times are not buoyant. Any fool knows that.
            And your point is?

              So you just admitted that:

              1) you know times are not buoyant (I was pleased you spelled it correctly)
              2) any fool knows it

And that was my point shauny - you are a fool!

I can see by your logic what a noddy degree you must have done.

Quite possible, but I am a fool with two feet firmly on the property ladder. The calibre of foolishness you can only aspire to.
