Great idea, I've always wanted to go to Inverness (I take it that's the sort of Northern you mean?)
If you find this post offensive, please insert "Chan" before and "tho" after, then it should be OK.

I could make it, somewhere in the northern quarter would be nice.
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

Friday / Saturday in Manchester is good for me.

Away all week, so couldn't do it any other days.

Best put me down as doubtful, much as I'd like to attend. I'm thinking of the likely responses from my other half when I ask, 'erm, I'm going meeting some Irish bird I met on the internet, you'll be OK with the toddler and baby won't you' !

Depending on the date, and assuming can get babysitter, me and Mr Windy Anna might come along,

It could be quite funny especially when those who like to cyber each other meet in the flesh and feel rather at the physical reallity of the situation.
