Good because I've written a letter to China to stop them building a new coal fired power station every month and also sent one to India begging them to stay 3rd world and live in huts rather than airconditioned luxury apartments with a Merc instead of a rickshaw, but I think they are liking the western lifestyle too much.Comment

I get your point. But you can't accuse them of wasting anything. What annoys someone (as tight as me) is that we generate the most waste in Europe. Something wrong there.Originally posted by DimPrawn View PostGood because I've written a letter to China to stop them building a new coal fired power station every month and also sent one to India begging them to stay 3rd world and live in huts rather than airconditioned luxury apartments with a Merc instead of a rickshaw, but I think they are liking the western lifestyle too much.Hard Brexit now!

But that hasn't got much to do with global warming, I agree we should recycle where possible and conserving fuel makes good sense but I don't like the way its all lumped in together as causing global warming... but I guess you know all that and are just trying to get the n00bs to cut 'n' paste some bollocks from Al Gore so it can be torn apart by the regulars.Originally posted by sasguru View PostI get your point. Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave JohnsonComment

Do we know the name of this man?
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”Comment
