Classic question. I like TNG firstly, Picard is a good captain, then Voyager as they travel and of course Seven of Nine and then DS9. The rest, meh. Oh, and Q is probably the best character in the Star Trek universe, after Armus (see my avatar).

Janeway is not Captain material and should be at home washing the skidmarks out of her husbands undercrackers.

TNG –Piccard has to be the best Capt., though I prefer the continuation that Voyager had plus the Cardassian wars in DS9. Made for exciting viewing.
