OK - not sure what to have for lunch..

Should I skip lunch? do a food fasting thing again.... but worried I'll get extreme hunger bangs around 3:30 to 4 pm which would lead me to attack the vending machine...hmmmm may be go visit local Sainsbury or Tesco Metro.

'Pangs' surely? Or do you get particularly saucy when you are hungry?

well it was advertised as meatloaf - but tasted more like lasagne without the cheese [ in fact there was pasta in it ! ].

That is Evil Blue, bad people trying to sell you macaroni (no cheese)disguised as meatloaf
