not sure about the terrestrial interface I suppose the switch just handles that.
quattro -> multiswitch, and each feed from the quattro is one quadrant of the signal (hi/low, Horiz/vert) so it can feed every output everything.

but the sky stb is pap and cant handle diseqc switching.

Try a dreambox 7000 series with enigma2 with gbox plugin for the sky card.
