5 or 10 minutes after I get out of bed I'm in the office, do the e-mails for an hour or so read the news. Then shower/breakfast and back to the office.... this morning I woke up at 8:55 ;O)

I wear a suit if I'm meeting clients on behalf of my client, but rarely otherwise.

It helps that I work with media types who are quite relaxed about dress codes.

Let me guess. You work at home!

Last time I woke up at 8.55 it was by the phone.

Right I'm off to wilkinsons to get some cleaning products.

If the kitchen isn't clean and my tea on the table by 17:00 there'll be trouble!

The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”
