      I was thinking more of the folks who eat extra meat instead of potatoes, pasta, or rice. If you were adopting that approach, chicken or fish would be probably be a better bet.

        Fillet steak should be cut into extremely thin slices, chilled and eaten raw with a hot pepper or Horseradish dip and bean sprout salad.

          I had dinner at Rodizio Rico at the weekend so I'm probably not an unbiased source of information regarding meat.
