How's it going. Well unfortunately nothing much has changed since the last PM I sent you some time back. Get the impression they're not sure what to do as they seem to be getting more and more complaints about the same sort of thing. -
Hi Joe,
thanks for your reply,
sorry to appear a pedant, I like the Meir, especially the walk from the main station, yes there are some cheap shops on there, but to compensate the architecture is amazing
I would much rather walk down the Meir than be enclosed in a shopping center
you are right about Pelgim street and the pelgrim pub and the jenever pub.
Antwerp is a great town, like Beglium in general, so overlooked by us Brits.
Aston's, Ferarri's also in Antwerp there is an Aston Dealership, a Ferrari dealership and a Porsche dealership
says something about the town

Agree, but on the same lines as the often heard "France is a nice place, just a shame about the French" with different 'F' words.Originally posted by milanbenes View PostAntwerp is a great town, like Beglium in general, so overlooked by us Brits.Comment

I prefer Antwerp of the two but if you're only going for a weekend then either has enough to keep you amused. Mr Windy Anna used to live in Brussels (not in a shed though) and I used to go out at weekends and we always managed to find ourselves in decent bars/clubs/restaurants. You can practice your Dutch (Felmish) in Antwerp!
Both have more night life than Eindhoven and you manage to have fun there don't you?
