I'm embarassed to say me too. I feel dirty at buying cheap and selling at the top and making a total of over £100,000 in my pocket.

How terrible to have made such easy peasy money at the expense of struggling 1st time buyers who are now borrowing 10x their income for some piss stained ex-council flat in "trendy" East London.

I hope this terrible property bubble never happens again.
