Why are we going to need a pie? My argument all along is that the parents were partially at fault for all of this for leaving their kids alone. Finding her alive or dead does not change this. Their actions placed their kids in danger and they should face some consequences because of this.
Where do you draw the line on this? should parents not allow their kids to play in the garden unsupervised? should parents not go upstairs and leave their kids downstairs for fear of placing them in danger? We cannot live our lives in constant fear because there are a minority of sick individuals who do these things.

You are wrong to judge these people...
Kids that young? Never out of earshot would be an unbreakable rule (so in bed with baby monitor on). Never in garden unsupervised would be another ... two 2 year olds and a 3 year old - where you can't see or hear them? I think not. Doesn't mean they deserve to lose their daughter though.

Now, couple this with possible sighting of Madeleine, I think something is rather odd here. Almost like they knew she was at risk. So why leave her on her own if you thought there was a risk of someone taking her?
There was a report I saw on TV of a local woman, her daughter disappeard a few months earlier, looked very like Madline. Police beat her until she confessed. McCanns should hire someone to follow that up. These guys are usually repeat offenders.
